About the Role:
The Client Services Manager will be responsible for interacting with customers on account services matters. They will serve as the main point of communication between the clients and the company. Their primary task is to maintain effective business relationships with current clients and assist with securing new accounts.

About the Role:
The Client Services Manager will be responsible for interacting with customers on account services matters. They will serve as the main point of communication between the clients and the company. Their primary task is to maintain effective business relationships with current clients and assist with securing new accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Complete client service requests including completion of certificates of insurance, endorsing of policies, general billing inquiries, and general policy coverage questions
- Review policies and coverages in order to discuss with accounts
- Assist in underwriting of accounts
- Project management, include planning, execution, and monitoring of department projects
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Drive sales growth by assisting in sales during renewal season
Education and requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of commercial P&C insurance experience (required)
- Valid P&C license (preferred)
- G&L experience
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
Key Competencies:
- Knowledge of Commercial P&C policies
- Strong analytical skills and ability to problem solve
- High service orientation
- Strong computer skills and organization
Salary and Benefits:
- $50,000-$60,000
- Office located in Fairview Park, Ohio (Hybrid after two week in-office training)
