About the Role
As a Client Services Manager, you will serve as a critical link between advisors, compliance teams, and clients, ensuring seamless operations and high-touch client service. This role combines financial operations, client relationship management, and administrative expertise to support the success of our Wealth Management department.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process paperwork for new business, including applications, transfers, and account maintenance.
- Provide client support for allocation updates, beneficiary changes, and troubleshooting.
- Manage client records in CRM systems and organize data for smooth operations.
- Schedule appointments and prepare portfolio reviews and client presentations using tools like Morningstar and Black Diamond.
- Support 403(b), 457(b), IRA, and Wealth Management account servicing.
- Process trades and financial transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with advisors and team members to maintain compliance and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed on market trends and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial services or wealth management.
- Series 6 or Series 7 license.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Health and Life Insurance license.
- Familiarity with retirement plans like 403(b)s and 401(a)s.
- Experience with platforms such as Fidelity, Black Diamond, or Morningstar.
