Client Services Manager - Outform Group

Job Summary

Independently manages client facing accounts.  Focus is coordinating the development of client solutions, project development, assist in developing strategic frameworks, managing timelines and delivery, and providing day-to-day contact with the client.

Responsibilities

•         Strengthen client relationships and attend client meetings

•         Learn the client business and become the expert in customers process:  team structures, approval process, deployment system, all store operation process, line review dates, etc.

•         Manage projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration (internally and externally)

•         Setup prototypes and other Innovation Center Activities

•         Daily order processing

•         Inventory maintenance

•         Maintain Display accuracy on Custom Client Website

•         Manage Client monthly financial data in Sugar for RGL

•         Identify customer questions, concerns, and overall needs

•         Verifying, correcting, and/or updating account information

•         Provide accurate answers and solutions to client queries

•         Identifying any missing, lost, or damaged materials and immediately notify the client/vendor

•         Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using business acquired programs

•         Develop and nurture client relationship, measured by positive client feedback

Qualifications

•         High School Diploma

•         Client facing experience

•         Must be detailed and organized

•         Must have a sense of urgency and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

•         Strong MS Word and Excel knowledge must be able to create and maintain documents and spreadsheets

•         Must have strong verbal and writing skills

•         Must be able to communicate and coordinate activities with all levels of the organization

•         Strong reasoning, negotiation and problem-solving skills which includes the ability to be proactive and anticipate potential problems

•         Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

•         Periodic travel may be required

Physical Requirements

• Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting to file documents or store materials
• Works near and in manufacturing area
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs
