We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to work with an important Texas company.
RESPONSABILITIES
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with sales, service, and support teams to provide a seamless customer experience throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with customers to monitor their progress and address any potential challenges or needs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role within the automotive industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-focused approach.
- Proven ability to manage multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
