As a Financial Client Service Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients and financial advisors, ensuring that their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities:

As a Financial Client Service Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients and financial advisors, ensuring that their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Protect and Guide our Clients in Retirement Planning.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Assist clients with account opening, maintenance, and account-related transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with financial advisors to gather necessary information and documentation for client meetings and presentations.
- Prepare and distribute client reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates on account activity, market trends, and other relevant information.
- Conduct research and analysis to address client inquiries and support financial planning efforts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system and other databases.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the client experience.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies related to client interactions and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services, client relations, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and industry regulations is preferred.
- Series 65 and/or Florida Insurance License 2-15 a plus, or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe.
