Compensation:
- $50,000 – $55,000 annually (non-exempt)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Monitor and manage accounts receivables per the firm’s payment expectations.
- Research and resolve account issues through multiple databases/programs.
- Reconcile account payments and credits.
- Report on account status and issues.
- Contact clients to resolve issues and encourage timely payments.
- Maintain an accurate database of account records.
- Collaborate with attorneys to improve account payments and resolve issues.
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
- Must have 3+ years of B2B collections experience
- Working experience processing accounts receivables and resolving account discrepancies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional presentation and communication skills.
- Stable job history.
