Responsible for assigned clerical administrative functions in the Client Services Department.
- Accurately process all service data entry including openings, effective dates, changes, closings, and transfers for consumers between care enrollments.
- Communicate to appropriate providers the increases and decreases in service authorizations and maintain current schedule of services in SAMS.
- Verify client service resumptions with providers.
- Assist Provider Relations Manager to conduct and record results of client and staff satisfaction surveys.
- Track provider changes and personal care start dates, and relay this information to the nursing department.
- Follow up on the status of outstanding referrals and service changes with providers.
- Serve as primary and secondary back-up as assigned for other members of the Purchased Services Department.
- Assist in maintaining good customer relations with providers.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years general office experience
- Excellent telephone skills
Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
