We have recently expanded to new markets and new campaigns due to exceeding expectations this past year! During this massive period of growth, our client is asking us to train and develop our entry-level Client Service Representative team into future leaders and human resource directors.

Client Service Representatives are at the forefront of that pathway, and we continue to surpass expectations in client sales, consumer engagement, and outreach goals. The ideal candidates are entry-level professionals with customer service and retail experience who are looking for a career since this is an entry-level position.
Responsibilities for our Client Service Representative team:
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Face to face presentations with consumers
- Sales and helping customers open new accounts
- Meeting and exceeding all performance expectations with integrity and professionalism
Our Next Client Service Representative Will:
- Have professional and effective communication skills
- Be enthusiastic about working with others both within the office and with potential consumers
- Take the time to collaborate with other office departments and fellow Client Service Representatives to build more sales, customer service, and product knowledge
- Pay attention to market dynamics and work with upper management to meet industry standards for sales, engagement, and service
Basic Qualifications for Client Service Representative Position:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous knowledge of customer service, sales, or marketing is preferred
- Ability to absorb entry-level training and implement in consumer-focused situations
- Practical communication skills, whether working in office or with potential customers
