• The Client Service Rep – Medicare Advantage (CSR-MA Sales) will be responsible for contacting prospective members and providing details on CoxHealth Medicare Advantage plans with the goal of enrolling beneficiaries in the plan. Inbound calls and leads provided. Ability to work from home and in an office environment. CSR-MA Sales will be responsible for following Medicare marketing rules and all state and federal guidelines.

• Education
  • • Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
    • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Insurance, or a related Field
• Experience
  • • No Prior Experience Required
    • 1 – 2 Years Medicare or Health Insurance Sales Experience preferred.
    • Knowledge of Medicare Products or background selling Medicare products a plus.
• Skills
  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Able to work independently and collaboratively in team
    • Self-starter
    • Office 365 with Basic Word/Excel/Outlook preferred
• Licensure/Certification/Registration
• • Required: Life and Health Producer by the Missouri Department of Insurance within 90 days of hire OR currently licensed as a Life and Health Producer by the Missouri Department of Commerce and Insurance.
  • Required: Be able to complete and pass the plan specific training and the AHIP certification within 90 days of hire.
