Client Service Representative at Brand X

Position: Client Service Representative 

Hours: Full-time

Location: On-Site/ CA

A background in customer service and or sales is preferred. However, we hire on attitude, passion, and personality, so previous customer service or sales experience is not paramount! This is a very customer-centric role, so you’ll need to be confident and comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face. We are looking for individuals who will go above and beyond to deliver and who are determined to be the best.

Client Service Representative Role

As a Client Service Representative, you will be the face and voice of our brand. You will be responsible for engaging customers and promoting our client’s products and services. You will effectively be a brand ambassador, learning and maintaining strong product knowledge to deliver presentations and represent clients in a confident, charismatic, and professional manner.

Your day will be a variety of office-based work and field-based customer and client meetings, and one promise we make is that no two days are alike.

Client Service Representative Requirements:

• Able to commute to our office  (This role cannot be done remotely)

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Basic IT skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Capability to think outside the box and get creative

• A strong work ethic and desire to go above and beyond to meet all targets and objectives
