About the Job
Grant Creek Veterinary Services is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team! Our CSRs serve a vital role as the first and last point of contact with a client and their pet. As the face of the hospital, they greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while multi-tasking between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service, who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, excellent at multi-tasking, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.
This is a full-time position, with a [4/10 schedule and availability needed Monday-Friday.

Minimum qualifications and skillset:
- 1+ years of client service experience
- Previous veterinary experience is required
- Proficiency in the following skills:
- Client service and communication
- Welcoming and discharging patients
- Managing phone lines
- Booking appointments
- Setting up new clients and patients

We’re well-equipped, have great team longevity, and a staff that works well together. Currently, we are open Monday – Friday and take our last appointment at 4:30 pm to ensure our entire staff has a healthy work/life balance and time to explore our beautiful Missoula, Montana, community.
