Client Service Representative - Central Veterinary Hospital

Central Veterinary Hospital is a well-established veterinary general practice located in Fremont. We are searching for a full-time Client Service Representative or Receptionist to join our team in Fremont, CA! We’re offering an hourly rate of $20 - 25/hr based on experience, along with training/career growth potential and comprehensive benefits.

The schedule for this position is a training schedule of Monday - Friday from 10:30am - 7:00pm for the duration of 6 - 8 weeks. Upon the completion of training, the regular schedule will be Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 12:00pm - 8:30pm as well as Tuesday and Wednesday from 10:30am - 7:00pm.

You’d be a great fit if you:

• Are comfortable around cats and dogs

• Strive to provide each client with compassion and care

• Are team-oriented with a strong work ethic

• Have at least a High school diploma or equivalent.

• Have 1-2 years of experience in a customer service and/or client-focused setting. Veterinary or medical setting preferred.

Your primary responsibilities:

• General front desk duties: greeting clients, booking appointments, etc.

• Rooming patients and taking a brief history

• Client communication

• Managing phone lines

• Cleaning and disinfecting the hospital

• Carrying out tasks as requested by the veterinarian

• Medical records management
