Client Service Representative - RCM&D

RCM&D is currently searching for a Client Representative in our Commercial department. Responsibilities include performing account transactions, summaries, endorsements, certificates, billing, follow-up, correspondence and other essential functions to assist the Commercial Account Manager on assigned accounts.

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Maintain EPIC agency management system with up-to-date information regarding the clients current policy coverages
• Prepare and ensure delivery of certificates, account summaries, endorsements, policies, lost policy releases, FR19s, auto identification cards, and account balance statuses when requested
• Provide exceptional customer service both internally and externally

• 1 3 years of experience servicing a commercial lines book of business in an independent agency setting
• P&C license
• Excellent interpersonal skills for positive interaction with clients
