Duration: 6 months contract (with possible extension)
Job Description:
· 4 openings
· Start in December/January, through the end of May 2025, with the possibility of extension.
· Hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET
· Admin, not client-facing but could be occasional client interaction
· MS Office skills
· 1 – 2 years customer service or recent college grad
· Processing document conversions
This is a temporary contract position lasting from December/January through the end of May 2025, with the possibility of extension. The hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET. This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.
Responsibilities :
· Responsible for accurately entering request information into an Access tracking database
· Responsible for processing high volumes of requests accurately
· Processing document conversions
· Display responsibility and accountability by being prepared, punctual, and taking ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables
· Manage multiple tasks effectively, ensuring timely completion without compromising on quality, thereby contributing to favorable client experiences.
Qualifications :
· Must be familiar with MS Outlook, Excel, Access, and Teams
· Ability to process high volumes of requests accurately with high attention to detail
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate professionally with internal departments
· Ability to work closely with others as a team
· Exhibit flexibility to accommodate extended hours and overtime during peak weeks
