Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Client and Advisor Support: Providing account information to clients and Advisors, and maintaining client relationships
- Account Management: Ensuring proper account opening procedures and documentation, maintaining client records and files, handling incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, processing incoming paperwork and deposits
- Client Interaction: Serving as first point of contact for most clients thus setting the tone of the experience
- Relationship Cultivation: Cultivating relationships with clients to proactively help resolve issues and concerns
- Telephone Coverage: Providing excellent telephone coverage, handling urgent calls with professionalism and good judgment through to resolution
- Compliance: Complying with all industry rules and regulations, as well as all firm policies
- Client Services: Greeting guests and clients, providing exceptional service
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree: Preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Industry Experience: At least 2-3 years in a similar role within wealth management or a related financial services firm.
- Client Service Experience: Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, particularly in managing client relationships and providing exceptional service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and advisors.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain client records, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to proactively resolve client issues and concerns with professionalism and good judgement.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with financial software and similar tools (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM platforms)
Desired Qualifications:
- FINRA Licenses: Active Series 65 and/or 7 (a plus but not required)
- Broader Industry Experience: More than 3 years of experience, especially in roles that involve high levels of client interaction and account management.
