Job Summary:



This individual will guarantee the delivery of outstanding service to our client with the end goal of building and sustaining long-term relationship and customer satisfaction.





Key Responsibilities:


* Provides continued high standard of service and communication to maintain Southwest standards for Amazon locations.

* Surveys existing accounts for Amazon in Southwest Division.

* Research data as needed for internal business reviews/meetings for Amazon accounts.

* Performs an ongoing relationship with the Amazon clients and their local teams.

* Leads internal resources to problem solve for issues that have happened in the field.

* Serves as liaison between client and sector to ensure all relevant information is communicated.

* Performs other duties as assigned.

* Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills coupled with strong customer service.

* Demonstrated ability to use analytical and intuitive judgment and sound decision making.

* Strong problem-solving skills.

* Strong computer software skills required, specifically in the areas of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

* Travel between 50-75% of the week.

* Must live in Colorado, Arizona or Texas





Preferred Qualifications:

* A bachelor’s degree is preferred; two-year College degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.

* Preferred 1-2 years’ experience in a client service position, or a minimum of 1 year of related experience.

* Food & beverage and or client service manager experience.

* Excellent communication skills required.

* Must be passionate about providing world class service to our clients and customers.

* Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis.
