We are looking for a Client Service Manager to drive sales and revenue growth by building strong relationships with clients in the Charlotte, NC area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growingteam with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
Location: Charlotte, NC 28216
Pay: $60,000- $70,000 Base Salary + Commissions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of client-facing experience in stormwater or aquatic services
- Sales, relationship development, or customer service experience
- College degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to work well in a team environment, independent thought and critical thinking, business acumen, and an internal motivation to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Pursues new leads generated by existing client base, digital campaigns, and tradeshows.
- Responds to and acknowledges all client inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
- Identify and target potential clients through research and data mining
- Connect with decision-makers via phone and email
- Serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and requests
- Estimate and generate proposals for new and existing clients
- Recommend additional services to current clients
- Develop and implement relationship-building programs (e.g., site meetings, lunch & learns, etc.)
- Perform physical tasks such as driving, walking on steep slopes, bending, and kneeling
