Top Wealth Management Firm here in the Financial District of Boston is adding a Client Service Manager to their team. This person with work to build and maintain client relationships, data analysis, investment reporting, onboarding new clients and will prepare account transactions, trades and deposits wile participating in all client investment review meetings. This role is Hybrid and offers a Bonus and excellent benefits
Responsibilities:
- Help to ensure accurate completion of prospect/new client paperwork
- Oversee transfer of incoming funds
- Research and follow up on any issues with the Broker/Dealer, Operations, and vendors
- Dialogue with client to understand their personal history and current financial needs
- Prepare account transactions, trades, deposits, withdrawals, RMDs, etc.
- Participate in client review meetings
- Gather client data and may prepare the materials for client meetings and internal reviews
- Complete any review follow-up needs for client
- Some knowledge of terminology and investment solutions such as mutual funds, separately managed accounts, fixed income, stocks, options, alternative investments, hedge funds
- Assist Advisor Team Operations to streamline processes
Qualifications
- 4-year college degree required
- 2+ years of industry experience in client service (financial planning, advising, client service or investments preferred)
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
