Description:
CoverWise is looking for a Client Service Executive to join our team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client service by fielding incoming phone calls, working with walk-in clients, managing claims, and ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our customers. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting our account executives, and ensuring timely communication with clients.
Position Details:
- Position Type: Full-time, Nonexempt
- Compensation: $19 - $29 per hour
- Location: On-site, Holdrege, NE

Key Responsibilities:
- Field Incoming Phone Calls: Provide a warm and friendly greeting to clients and ensure their questions are addressed promptly.
- Work with Walk-In Clients: Provide support and assistance to clients who visit the office, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Monitor Incoming Emails: Manage and respond to client inquiries via email in a timely manner, ensuring that all communication is clear and professional.
- Claims Management: Enter, update, and close claims in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and industry standards.
- Endorsements and Quotes: Assist account executives by processing endorsements and preparing quotes as needed for clients.
- Special Projects: Provide support for various special projects as requested by leadership, including tasks like mass communications.
Client Communication:
You will be responsible for both verbal and written communication with clients. Approximately 60% of your time will be spent interacting with clients to provide them with assistance, answer questions, and ensure their needs are met.
Team Collaboration:
You will work in a focused, team-oriented environment based in Holdrege, NE. You will interact closely with account executives and other team members to ensure that client needs are met efficiently. Your role will be key in maintaining the flow of day-to-day operations and supporting the success of your colleagues.
Requirements:
- Attention to Detail: This position requires a keen eye for detail, as accuracy is crucial in handling claims, endorsements, and client communication in the insurance industry.
- People Skills: You must be a great conversationalist, comfortable on the phone, and capable of building rapport with clients.
- Drive and Urgency: This role demands someone who is self-motivated and can prioritize tasks with urgency, handling multiple priorities and interruptions effectively.
- Shifting Focus: You will need to be comfortable shifting focus throughout the day and managing a variety of tasks.

Preferred Experience:
- Licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance: Having a property and casualty insurance license prior to working with CoverWise would expedite job training, though it is not required.
- Previous Work Experience: Previous experience working in an insurance agency, a high-volume customer service position, or an administrative position is preferred, though not required.
- Epic AMS Experience: Familiarity with Epic AMS or similar management systems is preferred, but not required.
