Client Service Associate Position and Company Highlights:
Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 base salary
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma in office #LI-onsite
Schedule 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 3:15 PM Friday

Purpose of Client Service Associate:
Client Service Associates are primarily responsible for collaborating with Client Service Specialists in the onboarding and maintenance of client relationships. The Client Service Associate is responsible for processes and workflows that make the client experience more accurate and efficient.
Principal Accountabilities of the Client Service Associate:
- New client onboarding processes & follow up
- Coordinate with Client Service Specialists & Financial Custodian on new and account maintenance paperwork
- Follow processes and workflows in CRM software for all client service-related issues
- Collaborate with Client Service team to enhance client experience
Requirements for the Client Service Associate:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- FINRA license – Series 65 or 66 (preferred, not required)
