Client Service Associate (CSA)

REPORTS TO:

CSA's will report to Brian Glou, Chief Operations Officer

Responsibilities and Duties

• - Investments

• - All onboarding (except Multi Participant 401ks)

• - Raise cash sig port.

• - Goal modifications (SIS)

• - Verbally confirm cash movements

• - Set up 1 time or periodic instructions (withdrawals or contributions)

• - Account maintenance.

• - One account open and funded, email client to set up on client website. Set up Zoom with client.

• - Paperless

• - Aggregation

• - Bene changes

• - How to make/change contributions

• - Compliance/supervision alerts

• - SST portal

• - All onboarding

• - Once app is approved, email the client to set up on client website. Set up Zoom with client.

• - All maintenance

• - Missed premium.

• - Premium frequency changes

• - Bank account changes.
