About the Job
We’re seeking a dedicated Client Service Representative to join our growing team and help us amplify the programs of our charitable organization partners. In this vital role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our Fundraising and Marketing & Communications teams, ensuring donor satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for external and internal fundraising inquiries.
- Deliver outstanding customer care, promptly acknowledging and appreciating donors.
- Collaborate with management and communications teams to create and distribute accurate, engaging donor communications.
- Assist in planning and executing fundraising and promotional events, from logistics to on-site support.
- Maintain the donor database, ensuring data accuracy and providing training to internal teams.
- Support fundraising efforts through data input, amendments, reporting, and queries.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends and fundraising initiatives.
- Bring new ideas and initiatives to enhance fundraising efforts and donor experiences.
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for fundraising and commitment to supporting meaningful causes (prior experience is a plus but not required).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
