Our Accounting & Finance Staffing team is currently looking to speak with candidates who would be a good fit for roles with the specifications below:
Responsibilities:
- Schedule client meetings, prepare review and report packages, and maintain client files
- Generate business correspondence and presentation materials for current and prospective clients
- Provide prompt, thorough response to client requests and inquiries, demonstrating understanding of client needs and prioritizing client experience
- Assist Account Managers with maintaining client relationships by managing correspondence, meetings, and other client engagements
- Assist with data entry of financial plans and portfolios
- Complete special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of experience in Client Services and/or Operations
- Proven ability to build trust and establish strong client relationships
- Familiarity with investment concepts and general industry knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, quick learner, flexible, and highly detail-oriented
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects with minimal supervision
- Robust experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
- Knowledge of CRM systems, Financial Planning Software, and Accounting systems is a plus
