Responsibilities

-Responsible for managing inbound communication channels for customers

-process customer change requests

-prepare customer review initiatives

-organize and manage customer accounts with potential changes, suggestions, or working to assist other household product options.

-Oversee producers when agency owner is out of office

- Must be licensed or be willing to get fully licensed within first 30 days (property, Casualty, life, accident, and health)

- Experienced with customer management software or at least tech savy with computer software

- Organized and able to handle multi tasking

- Great with handling customers and always maintaining a fully professional response to customers in all situation types
