- Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to improve service skills.
5. **Customer Engagement:**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
