Comfort Keepers is seeking a dedicated, experienced Client Sales Coordinator for our Somerset, Kentucky office. At Comfort Keepers, we provide uplifting in-home care for seniors and older adults who require a helping hand, a supportive companion, and day-to-day assistance in their home. The CSC is responsible for providing engaged, extraordinary service to Seniors in the Somerset and surrounding areas, while achieving consistent growth for the office. As a Client Sales Coordinator, you will work with our network of caring professionals to deliver one-on-one care that enhances the quality of life for our clients while delivering on our promise to Elevate the Human Spirit.
Job Summary:
The Client Sales Coordinator (“CSC”) is responsible for managing the client experience from referral through continuity of care. The role of the CSC begins in the field, where they assist with developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources such as assisted/independent living facilities, hospice providers, geriatric care managers, home healths, medical specialists and other senior-related referral sources as well as the community as a whole. The CSC interacts with prospective clients by taking referral calls, educating prospective clients on our services, and performing in-home care consultations. Once the client has joined Comfort Keepers, the CSC will be responsible for managing our outstanding client care as well as the organization of added community providers to assist our clients. Finally, the CSC will work directly with the local support staff, including Care Coordinators, to ensure a platinum experience for our clients.
*Responsible for attending and creating community marketing events.
*Responsible for referral source relationships and reaching sales goals.
*Responsible for the recruitment of excellent caregivers.
*Responsible for the ongoing care and support of clients including periodic visits to ensure care needs are being met and evaluating for additional needs over time.
*Management of all referral leads / sales intake calls.

Schedule: Typically Monday thru Friday, 8:30a-5p. 40 hours per week.
Participates in on-call rotation after hours (usually on call 1 to 2 weeks per month.)
Position Physical Demands:
Walking, sitting, and standing; lifting not expected to exceed 25 pounds in weight. Extended time at a computer work screen, on the telephone, and traveling. Office and fieldwork required.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of high school diploma/GED. Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, sales, healthcare or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of related experience.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and outstanding people management skills.
- Must be able to work under time pressures and manage multiple demands simultaneously
- Exceptional customer service skills and written / verbal communication.
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
- A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license with the ability to pass a background check (including motor vehicle records check).
- Positive, professional business image.
- Must be at least 21 years old
