Client Relationship Manager - Accounting - Lafayette, IN

Our client, a growing CPA firm located in Lafayette, IN, is actively seeking a Client Relationship Manager. The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams. The CRM focuses on enhancing client satisfaction, facilitating efficient service delivery and maintaining a cohesive client relationship.

Client Relationship Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates.
• Coordinate meetings between clients and accounting professionals, ensuring all relevant parties are well prepared.
• Assist in the planning and execution of client projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams to allocate resources effectively and optimize project workflows.
• Maintain accurate client records, including contracts, invoices, and project details.
• Generate regular reports on client accounts, highlighting key performance indicators and project milestones.
• Address client concerns promptly, seeking solutions and liaising with appropriate teams.
• Gather client feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to ongoing service enhancement initiatives.

Client Relationship Manager Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field preferred
• Certification in Project Management, a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office software
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Professional demeanor
• Strong client relationship skills
• Capable of adapting to changing priorities and effectively managing unexpected situations.
• Flexible in handling diverse tasks and responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail and time management
