About the Job
Overview: As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our Brokerage customers dealing in Futures & Options and OTC clearing. You will support top-tier institutional clients, providing exceptional service to enhance client relationships and facilitate trade/position management. This role combines client interaction with project work and ongoing operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert for client queries related to trades, positions, lifecycle events, commissions, and product offerings.
- Act as the central point of contact for clients, conducting research and internal outreach to resolve queries and escalations.
- Coordinate with clients regarding important timelines, such as last trade dates and options expiries.
- Manage requests for access to the Mercury portal and facilitate client self-service initiatives.
- Maintain ongoing communication with the Marketing team to address client concerns and track product requests.
Requirements:

Experience:
- Proven experience in client-facing roles, particularly in relationship management.
- Previous work experience at a Futures Clearing Merchant (FCM).
- Familiarity with GMI (FIS Sunguard) and FIA Tech systems.

Skills:
- Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of interacting effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- In-depth understanding of client execution and clearing for futures and derivatives products.
- Knowledge of industry rules, exchange regulations (e.g., CME vs. Eurex), and the futures delivery process.
