The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships and coordinating service activities within our machine fabrication shop. This role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset.

Hours and Benefits for the Client Relations & Service Coordinator:
- Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
- $21.00-$24.00 an hour depending on experience

Responsibilities for the Client Relations & Service Coordinator:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquires and ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Coordinate service requests, including scheduling maintenance
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate timely and efficient resolution of client issues and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service history, and relevant documentation
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing invoicing
Requirements for the Client Relations & Service Coordinator:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in client relations, customer service or related roles within the manufacturing or fabrication industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
