We are seeking an experienced Client Relations Manager to join our dynamic team in the technology industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with our clients. This role will involve working closely with various departments within the organization including sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive growth. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, have a strong understanding of the technology industry, and possess excellent communication skills.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
2. Develop a trusted advisory relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
3. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
4. Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
5. Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
6. Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
7. Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
8. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
9. Use data analysis to improve client service, identify trends, and drive process improvements.
Qualifications:
1. Proven work experience of 4+ years as a Client Relations Manager or similar role in the Technology industry.
2. Experience in Financial Services, Banking, SaaS, or Lead Generation industry.
3. Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
4. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
6. Data-driven with an analytical mindset and experience in data analysis.
7. Experience in the banking or lending industry is a plus
8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
11. Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and management.
12. Self-motivated with a consistent track record in technical problem solving and team leadership.
