Job Overview: We are seeking an associate-level Project Manager to provide a seamless experience for our clients, managing environmental projects. Responsibilities include project setup, sample oversight, status monitoring, and ensuring project closure in line with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding: Guide new clients, provide training, and set up profiles in LIMS.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships, serve as the primary contact, and conduct regular check-ins.
- Client Support: Address concerns, coordinate with labs, and provide ongoing education.
- Client Advocacy: Share client feedback, advocate for client needs, and inform product development.
- Retention and Renewal: Monitor client health, develop retention strategies, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Project Planning: Define scope, develop plans, and ensure accurate project setup in LIMS.
- Execution and Monitoring: Oversee execution, track progress, and conduct status meetings.
- Risk Management: Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and manage client feedback.
- Communication: Maintain clear communication with clients and teams, and deliver status reports.
- Project Closure: Conduct closure activities, confirm invoices, and perform post-project evaluations.
Required Background/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a science-related field or 2-3 years of industry experience.
- Proficiency in LIMS or similar ERP/project management platforms.
- Demonstrated progression of skills and self-management abilities.

- Strong client care and relationship management.
- Ability to work constructively under pressure.
