Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) is seeking a highly motivated Client Partner with deep experience working within the Defense Health Agency (DHA) (and predecessor agencies) and the Veterans Affairs to join our Federal Health Sector. The Client Partner position is a dynamic role collaborating with Military Health clients and Capgemini solution offering teams. The successful candidate will be passionate about the defense healthcare mission and demonstrate intellectual curiosity to bring new capabilities to the agency.
This role will be responsible for driving upon the Military Health go-to-market (GTM) strategy to drive continued and sustainable profitability/growth. This leader will be responsible account planning, financial management, marketing, operations, and other leadership team functions.
Capgemini Government Solutions is looking for a leader who brings a good balance of client intimacy; business development and stakeholder acumen, experience in developing innovative client solutions, account management leadership roles, and deep knowledge of and relationships within the military health, healthcare organizations, and broader federal health agencies.
As the Military Health Growth Leader, you will be responsible for:
Account Growth
Develop and implement account plans for agencies within the Military Health agency and Veterans Affairs agencies.
Lead account growth activities through client interactions, agency research, partnering, and other opportunity capture actions.
Understand and shape customer needs; create distinctive value for customers; build deep customer relationships.
Develop marketing and engagement strategies to increase Capgemini brand recognition within the Account.
Core Business Leadership
Manage client relationships, client satisfaction, revenue growth, and contribution margin improvement at existing clients.
Single point of contact for existing clients from a relationship perspective.
Lead a portfolio of projects and pipeline of opportunities that enable profitable growth.
Partner with capability service lines and business operations to develop impactful solutions for agency leadership.
People Development
Develop high potential “2nd-team” employees to build a pipeline of future leaders through the consulting apprenticeship model.
Cultivate an entrepreneurial culture that supports exceptional client delivery and account growth.
Required Qualifications:
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required
Deep relationships within the Defense Health Agency (and/or the predecessor organizations) and thorough understanding of its mission; consistent track record of engaging with mid-level and senior officials.
Consistent record of successfully generating and delivering high quality consulting and technology services in relevant capability areas: Healthcare, R&D, Information Technology (SaaS, PaaS, Cyber Security, Customer Experience, DevOps, and Cloud), Data Analytics, and Health Operations.
Experience scaling and growing a federal business; ability to plan and lead at both strategic and operating levels. Experience implementing multi-channel sales models including selling directly or through strategic partners.
Demonstrated broad leading teams across Delivery, Sales, and Growth in roles such Account Executive, Growth Lead, Program Manager, Capture Manager – full set of skills necessary to build and lead a team.
Exceptional written and oral presentation skills.
Desired Qualifications:
Master’s Degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is 200K - 225K.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
