Our services include consultancy, evaluation, and a white-label in-house solution that has seen the agency build, run and operate over 10 Retail Media Networks.
Role overview
We are looking for a Client Manager to join our agency partnership with the first travel retail media network in the US. Reporting to our Partnership Director you will be an integral part of the in-house team that operates as the retailer's retail media network. Your focus will be on crafting the most effective campaigns through creative thinking and precision planning.
We operate a hybrid-remote model, working up to 3 days from our New York Office.
Due to the forthcoming holidays, we will conduct interviews for this position later in January.
As a Client Manager at SMG, you will:
Manage a portfolio of clients and brands, and internal relationships with key retailer stakeholders
Be accountable for the initial strategy development, briefing, planning and delivery of campaigns through to implementation and evaluation
Understand the retail business and continuously apply learnings to build high-performing campaigns
Deliver retail media expertise and revenue targets across a sizable and valuable portfolio of clients, working with the team to create compelling retail media campaigns that align with our vision and meet the goals of the brands
Manage relationships with all key stakeholders
You will bring:
Omnichannel retail media experience
A background in marketing, retail media, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), media agency, sales, or retail tech
Experience coaching and developing teams
Experience delivering business growth in a client-facing role
Working knowledge of data and financial reporting
Impeccable stakeholder management skills

A base salary range of $93,600-$124,600
