What You'll Do

As a Client Experience Coordinator, you'll be the friendly face that greets our clients and ensures every session runs seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating an exceptional client experience warmly greeting families, making them feel at home, and setting a positive tone for their session.
• Supervising children and engaging with families keeping young clients entertained and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable process.
• Managing studio operations maintaining an immaculate studio space, supporting staff, and assisting with session logistics.
• Providing top-notch hospitality offering refreshments, anticipating client needs, and delivering a concierge-level experience.
• Taking initiative stepping up to solve problems, staying two steps ahead of client needs, and making sure everything runs effortlessly.

Position Details

• Schedule: 3 days per week, 10-12 hours per day
• Long-term role (not seasonal or temporary)
• Compensation: $18/hour, 30-36 hours per week
