Role Summary:
Traditions Bank, serving South Central Pennsylvania and headquartered in York, PA is looking to hire a full-time Client Care Expert (Senior Teller) at the Downtown York location (George & Phila. Aves, parking paid). As a Client Care Expert, you will ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer transactions while delivering top-notch service. Acting as the main backup for the Universal Banker, you'll resolve client issues, identify financial needs, and promote Traditions Bank's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Transaction Accuracy and Efficiency: Process client transactions with 98% accuracy and achieve efficiency goals within your first 90 days.

Ideal Qualifications:
- 3+ years of teller experience (Platform experience a plus).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail, high integrity with confidential data, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking systems.
