About The Role:
Client Support: Deliver expert guidance on a comprehensive range of supplemental health products including specialized plans covering cancer, heart conditions, ICU stays, accidents, and life insurance with a unique Return of Premium feature.
Community Engagement: Establish and maintain robust relationships with local community leaders and business owners, enhancing IBG's community presence and building trust.
Business Development: Actively seek out new clients by engaging business owners and their employees, leveraging both individual consultations and group benefits enrollment sessions.
Technology Utilization: Employ our advanced CRM technology to streamline client management, enhance communication, and maintain detailed organizational systems.
Lead Generation: Implement our effective referral-based strategy to continuously generate high-quality leads and expand our client base.
Professional Training: Participate in an extensive training program led by industry veterans, designed to provide a deep understanding of our products, refined sales techniques, and comprehensive company processes.
