Are you passionate about fighting for the rights of those who have been wronged? Do you have a knack for client services, case management, and client outreach? If so, we are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as A Client Advocate/Manager (Personal Injury). This role will involve providing exceptional client service, managing personal injury cases from start to finish, and ensuring that our clients' needs are met with empathy, understanding, and expertise.
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Client Advocate/Manager (Personal Injury), you will be responsible for:
1. Managing and overseeing personal injury cases from inception through resolution, ensuring that all cases progress in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Providing exceptional client service, including maintaining regular contact with clients, addressing their concerns and questions, and keeping them informed about the progress of their case.
3. Conducting client intake interviews and maintaining comprehensive client records.
4. Coordinating with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal staff to ensure that all case-related tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
5. Participating in case strategy meetings and contributing to the development of case strategies.
6. Conducting client outreach activities to maintain positive relationships with clients and to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
7. Participating in the development and implementation of client service standards and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality client service.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Permanent Client Advocate/Manager (Personal Injury) role, you must have:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in client services, case management, and client outreach, preferably in the legal industry.
2. A strong understanding of personal injury law and the legal process.
3. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients.
4. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and tasks simultaneously.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
6. A high degree of professionalism, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
7. A client-focused approach, with a genuine commitment to advocating for clients and providing exceptional client service.
