Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the client accounting services department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounting data.
- Serve as the key point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored accounting solutions.
- Train, mentor, and guide junior staff in delivering quality accounting services.
- Implement best practices in accounting processes and techniques to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Review and approve client financial statements and other accounting reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate and streamline client services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and standards to ensure our services are always top-notch.
- Foster and maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Participate in business development initiatives, representing the firm at networking events, and seminars.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field. CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in client-facing accounting roles with managerial responsibilities.
- Proficiency in major accounting software platforms.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
