Salary Range: $50000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Account Management: Manage a portfolio of client accounts, addressing their inquiries and providing customized solutions.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients, fostering relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
Sales Support: Assist clients with product recommendations, upgrades, and additional services to enhance their experience.
Issue Resolution: Handle client concerns efficiently and effectively, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
Client Retention: Implement strategies to maintain client loyalty and enhance overall satisfaction with the agency.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in Insurance customer service or account management is preferred. Property & Casualty Insurance License Required. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Client-Focused: A deep commitment to meeting and exceeding client expectations. Adaptability: Ability to work both remotely and in-person, adapting to changing work environments. Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a focus on building positive relationships within the team. Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
