About Us: At First Student, our Office Clerks are the backbone of our operations. They keep everything running smoothly for our employees, managers, and drivers.
What You’ll Get:
+ Pay: $23 per hour to start
+ Hours: Full-time

What You’ll Do:
+ Make sure we’re meeting all contractual and legal requirements
+ Keep our files and records organized
+ Prepare reports and schedules
+ Answer and direct phone calls
+ Set up agendas and appointments
+ Submit payroll on time
What You’ll Need:
+ High school diploma
+ Ideally, 2 years of administrative experience
+ Comfortable with Microsoft Office, 10-key, and basic computer skills
+ Great written and verbal communication skills
+ Leadership qualities and a self-starter attitude
+ Excellent time management
+ Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
