Overview
As a Clerk, you will play a vital role in maintaining organized and efficient administrative processes within the organization. You will be responsible for a variety of clerical tasks that contribute to the smooth functioning of the office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
Assisting in organizing office activities and operations.
Maintaining office equipment as needed.
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Assisting in filing and data management.
Supporting administrative staff in their daily tasks.
Managing and organizing paperwork and documents.
Performing basic bookkeeping tasks.
Answering and directing phone calls.
Assisting with inventory control and management.
Performing ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Operating office equipment, such as photocopiers and scanners.
Assisting with customer service as needed.
Assisting with scheduling and coordinating appointments.
Ensuring office supplies are stocked and reordered as necessary.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and fax machines.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Customer service-oriented mindset.
Basic knowledge of data entry procedures and systems.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and software.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
