Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Clerical Support.

Position type: Full-Time - Contract

Duration: 3+ Months

Location: Philadelphia, PA

As a Clerical Support, you will be:

• Providing business support to a small team of Medicare, Sales, QA Monitoring Specialists.
• Creating and organizing electronic Monitoring files so they are easily reviewed and obtained in case of audit.
• Scanning, copying, uploading daily reviewed materials into shared drive
• Reviewing incoming email, selecting content that needs to be added to the Monitoring files.
• Assisting in maintaining interdepartmental tracking mechanisms.

The ideal candidate will have:

• High School Diploma.
• Skilled using a copier/scanner and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $15.00 to $16.70 per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
