Clerical Administrative Assistant

Salary: $20-25/hr

Schedule: 7am-5:30pm, M-TH (3 Day Weekends!)

Summary: This position uses knowledge of regulatory requirements to assess, document and make recommendations for the quality and correction of manufactured products.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required, Bachelor s degree in Business, Quality Management, or a related field highly desired
• Clerical experience is highly preferred.
• 2+ years of administrative experience; experience in Quality field a huge plus!
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Minimum 2+ years of manufacturing experience in the aerospace sector, or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of AS9102, Aerospace First Article Inspection Report

• Publishing of Quality System procedures and forms with administrative applications related to document databases (i.e. SharePoint, Power Documentation Database, Company Database).
• Administrative operation of TipQA application inclusive of Corrective Actions and Nonconformances.
• Manage First Article Inspection Reporting status in conjunction with Receiving Inspection and Purchasing.
• Manage Approved Supplier List and management of supplier folders. Issuance of QN/Y1 through SAP SP2 Portal.
• Records Archive Management including correspondence with Archive supplier.
• Assist Compliance Manager with the completion of Contract Reviews and maintenance of Customer/Regulatory requirements log.
• Manage stamp control process.
• Support Inspection processes when required.
• Identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in developing and maintaining internal quality system.
• Support of customer and agency audits as directed.
• Ensure commitment to a safe working environment and the HSE standards and process established by the company.
• Other tasks may be assigned by the manager.
