Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Clerical/Administrative professional. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our customers and clients with Medical Billing issues andData Entry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling Medical Billing Issues for patients and clients
- Assisting with data entry and updating databases
- Coordinating and scheduling calls with medical providers and insurance companies
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong Computer experience with Excel and Email
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Details:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The typical work hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. The position is based in Goldsboro, NC.
