1 Resource Group is looking for an experienced Cleanroom Construction Leadman to join our dynamic team in the construction sector. The Cleanroom Construction Leadman will play a crucial role in overseeing cleanroom construction projects, ensuring all activities are completed in accordance with specifications, standards, and safety regulations. You will lead a team of technicians and workers, coordinate project operations, and maintain the highest quality standards throughout the construction process.
As the Leadman, you will also be responsible for providing technical guidance, resolving any on-site issues promptly, and ensuring that the work environment adheres to industry protocols and safety practices. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing field.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily activities of the cleanroom construction team and ensure project milestones are met.
- Coordinate the installation of cleanroom structures, including walls, ceilings, and HVAC systems.
- Train and mentor team members on cleanroom protocols, safety practices, and construction techniques.
- Inspect and assess the work completed to ensure compliance with standards and client specifications.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and other stakeholders regarding project status and any issues that arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and enforce safety regulations among team members.
- Ensure that all construction activities comply with local laws and regulations, as well as cleanroom industry guidelines.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in cleanroom construction or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing construction teams.
- Thorough knowledge of cleanroom standards (ISO, cGMP) and construction processes.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Physically capable of performing construction tasks, including lifting materials up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- OSHA certification is preferred.
$27.00 hr
