Schedule: 5 days a week, 6-7 hours per day, with additional weekend shifts of 2-3 hours
Job Summary:
The Cleaning Specialist will maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and order across all three floors of Lotus Behavioral Health's facility. This role is critical to providing a safe, supportive environment for clients and staff, ensuring each area meets the facility's hygiene and safety standards.

Job Summary:
The Cleaning Specialist will maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and order across all three floors of Lotus Behavioral Health's facility. This role is critical to providing a safe, supportive environment for clients and staff, ensuring each area meets the facility's hygiene and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cleaning and sanitization of each floor, including common areas, restrooms, offices, treatment rooms, and hallways.
- Use disinfectants on high-touch surfaces and floors across all three levels to promote health and safety.
- Restock cleaning supplies on each floor as needed, including paper towels, hand soap, and sanitizers.
- Conduct scheduled deep-cleaning tasks to uphold facility standards, ensuring high cleanliness across all floors.
- Ensure proper waste disposal and recycling on each floor, adhering to facility protocols.
- Respond to specific cleaning needs that may arise throughout the day, ensuring each floor remains welcoming and sanitized.
- Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly to supervisors to support facility upkeep.
- Prior experience in cleaning or housekeeping, ideally in healthcare or multi-floor environments, is preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation to ensure timely arrival for shifts.
- Physical ability to work across multiple floors, including using stairs as needed.
- Willingness to work weekends for essential coverage.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and commitment to maintaining a safe and clean environment.
- Ability to operate cleaning tools and handle chemicals safely according to guidelines.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds.
- Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and reaching to perform cleaning tasks.
- Standing and walking for extended periods, including navigating multiple floors and stairways.
