Cleaner/Light Maintenance - Rochester's Cornerstone Group, Ltd.

• Take care of the overall outstanding cleanliness and daily upkeep of the property- all aspects, inside and out, for example: Mop/sweep staircases and hallways; clean windows, and entrance doors. Mop/sweep laundry room, community room, and community room kitchen.
• Take pride in your craft!
• Understand how to clean properly and thoroughly.
• Take initiative!
• Take accountability.
• Perform snow removal as needed.
• Assist with light maintenance, service requests, and repairs.
• Document daily cleaning and maintenance activity including problems encountered, work completed, and vacancy status updates.
• Assist the team with performing, monitoring, inspecting, and conducting evaluations necessary to prepare apartments for the move-in of future tenants.
• Inspect the property daily and maintain proper cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Work professionally, respectfully, and cooperatively with the team at all times.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior relevant experience related to building cleaning, outside grounds, and light maintenance.
• Prior experience working in property management is a plus!
• Must have reliable transportation.
