Class Action Attorney - CyberCoders

REMOTE - Must be available to appear in court in Los Angeles or San Francisco county

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. You will play a key role in legal research, providing counsel, and representing clients in consumer and employment class actions, mass actions, and arbitrations.

You'll do!

• Conduct thorough legal research and provide sound legal advice.
• Represent clients in consumer and employment class actions, as well as in arbitration settings.
• Draft legal documents and correspondence with clarity and precision.
• Engage in negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Work independently and manage your caseload remotely with minimal supervision.
  
  

You bring!

• General familiarity with California law protecting consumers and employees.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience in complex and class action litigation is preferred.
• Experience in labor and employment law is preferred.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Candidates will undergo assessments for intelligence, motivation, and personal characteristics to ensure a good fit for our team.
