Class A OTR Solo Truck Driver - DriveLine Solutions

Pay & Bonuses:

• Average Pay: $1,200/week for drivers with 3 months of experience
• Detention Pay: $12.50/hour after 2 hours of waiting
• Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100/day
• Sign-On Bonus: $500 after first load, another $500 after 30 days
• Mileage Bonus: 3 CPM based on safety, miles, and productivity, starting the month after hire

Home Time:

• Out for 12 days, home for 2 full days (48 hours) every other weekend

Equipment:

• Trucks: 2021+ Freightliners or Kenworths

Driving:

• Average Haul Length: 600+ miles
• Weekly Miles: 2,200+
• Route Area: OTR, covering all 48 states, mostly East of I-35 (no NYC or boroughs)
• Freight: 100% no-touch, 50-60% drop & hook, 40-50% live unload

Shift & Support:

• 24/7 access to operations specialists

Requirements:

• Must be 21+ years old
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience
