INFO:

• Position Type: Semi-Local Solo Driver
• Compensation: $82,667 annualised average earnings
• Pay: $0.50 - $0.52 CPM, $38 per stop, and $325 per day when off account
• Home Time: Frequent home time 1-2 nights per week plus reset
• Equipment: Assigned sleeper trucks (no slip seating)

Position Details:

• Schedule: 2 days off weekly (Friday-Saturday or Saturday-Sunday, driver does not choose)
• Shift Start Time: Midnight to 3 AM, with occasional later start times
• Shift Duration: 10-12 hours per day
• Operates in CA, NV, UT, WY, MT, and ID, with 70% of deliveries in CA
• Drivers deliver pet supplies to stores and return with backhauls.
• Unloading Requirements: Drivers use electric pallet jacks and liftgates where necessary.
• Winter Driving: Chaining required during winter (up to 5 times/week); $18 hourly delay pay for chaining on a case-by-case basis.

Bonuses & Incentives:

• Winter Incentive Pay: $50/day (NovemberMarch)
• Holiday Pay: $200/day for working holidays (excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas)
• New Hire Training: $250/day during the training period
• Safety Training Pay: $20/hour

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE VALID CDL A License
